Once you’re in, your dashboard provides everything you need to track your success and manage referrals. Here’s a breakdown of each section and how to use it effectively:

Homepage

View your key stats, including total visitors, completed orders, and conversions from your referral links. You can set specific date ranges to track performance and export this data for your records​.

Profile

Update personal details, choose your preferred payment method, and set minimum payout requirements if allowed. Make sure this information is accurate for smooth payouts.

Affiliate Link

Your main referral link, ready to share across social media, your website, or direct messages.

QR Code

Download your personalized QR code to use at events or on printed materials.

Coupon Code

Some clients prefer using a code rather than a link. Your code directly ties any orders to your account, so you still earn credit even without a link click. This code will candle out a link.

Link Generator

Want to create a custom link to a specific product or page? Enter the URL here, and Affiliatly will generate a shareable affiliate link ready for specific promotions. You can create HTML versions for embedding on websites if needed​.

Stats

Analyze your daily performance, seeing exactly which links convert best. This section only shows completed (paid) orders, so everything you see here represents real earnings. Set custom date ranges for better insights into specific campaigns or promotions.

Orders

See a detailed history of each order associated with your account. You’ll find the originating referral page, where the link was clicked, and the landing page the customer visited. If a coupon was used, this info will display differently, but you’ll still be credited.

Payments

Review your past payouts, with a breakdown of each payment made to you by MicroPharma. For any questions about payout timing, this is the section to check.

Marketing Tools
